i'm very awake now. VERY! All thanks to the 2hrs nap i took after dinner. Wat a peaceful nap man. No disturbances which is so seldom in my super noisy poh's family. Well, it was all explained when i awoke, shanghai knights! Only jackie chan's has this appeal man. wait! i must correct myself, it only works on the 2 Mr Pohs.

Anyway, i missed houses of harmony. Luckily, part 2 will be showed tml. Yippee, i finally won't miss part 2. Hadnt been able to catch it despite the constant re-runs on SCV. Haha. but now, finally, i can watch it on the local channel.

Had great fun yest nite wif sim peeps. think shed some kilos aft all the jittering and constant walkabouts yest. haha. will post the pics once i receive them. * i LIKE ah fu's shimmering pics slideshow. Starry starry! and i think i know which are the pictures that she like most. :) heehee

My right eye is twitching now. Being super awake, i decided to find out the cause of my twitching.

Found this webby that actually tell us the myth behind the our twitching at different timings of the day. *Very interesting. Previously, i only remember somethin bout good/bad luck that is associated with the left/right eye twitching. Never knew there were more to this myth.

Just conquered another korean serial today. I'm off to start another and hopefully, it will make me sleep. haha. I always have the tendency to fall asleep in front of my fav blasting companion.

Looking up at the clear sky when i alighted from 52, instead of taking my normal hasty steps home, i slowed down, the beauty of the dusk make me realise.. realise how lucky that i'm able to see.

It hits me at that point that it is possible that i might lose this gift. i dunno where did this fear came from. Cos of the mysterious redness in my eyes? Cos of my insecurites? Cos i don't even recognise myself in the mirror?

It's relaxing that i haven had work for a while but its pretty weird after the fully packed previous semester.. work, school, projects which filled up my every minute. I prefer that life.

'I dunno le' had been my favourite line recently, seems that my brain is really in need of some restruturing and tonics. Argh, now i'm trying to remember this chim word from our morning discussions but i just can't.

Ok. enuff, i think i'm losing it.

A lil tribute to my dearie lesbian fren, Ms Daphne Kwan Sze Hua that is, i hope, smiling in the Land of Smiles. Though we r not celebrating ur birthday on your special day, i reckon its pretty cool to be celebrating in a foreign land. Well, it kinda fulfill ur wish of travelling out on ur birthday, rite? Haa, though, of course, its not the exact description of ur wish.

Nevertheless, i'll like to wish u a super delightful birthday with a wunnerful year ahead with surprises, happiness and blissfulness (mmh, they all kinda seems to have the same meaning ya? haa. but I know u will get what i'm trying to say..)

Daphne Kwan, a fren that just seems to be heaven sent, someone who is total opposite of me but who can understand and click with me, her opposite.

Mmh..Words to describe her: Attractive, cool, super street-smart, independent, very 'onz', somewhat irritating &....... so ah lian (ok..just sometimes la)!

She had been this pattern from as long as I knew her, but no matter wat, even if u gonna change one day, i'm still gonna LOVE u the same. Ooh. ppl r so gonna start speculating bout my sexual disposition.

After reading grace's straits times with the NDP photos, i realised that the NDP was actually full of new and interesting stuff. The water stunts... The kites.. the commandos from the bridge... the fireworks... Oh my, i'm so gonna catch the repeat telecast.

Happy birthday, Singaporeans!!

Was looking forward to this year TV telecast of NDP. The anticipation was created from the disappointment that i couldnt get tickets to watch NDP live in even any of the previews and also of the new venue.

But alas. i fall asleep for the 1st half of the parade. For the 2nd half of the parade, i was engrossed with my dinner. I only remembered watching Kit Chan and the fireworks. And that was the only times that i remembered my whole family gathering in front of the tv.

I'm not sure if the change in venue had dampen my spirits for this year's NDP. The venue which is much smaller makes the parade lost the majestic and 'Singaporean' touch that had always overwhelmed me when i attend the parade in our National stadium or Padang. Though Padang is also a smaller venue, the feeling was still there.

This year's parade seems like an over-the-top display of Sentosa's musical fountain. Even the fireworks doesnt seems to be lighting up the sky.

We even caught bored students who perform with pure sian-ness. It was the funniest part of the evening.

Nevertheless, the lightings still amaze me. Other than this, i'm sorry to say that despite the huge amount of efforts, its a huge disappointment.

I believe that if changes are made to the NDP program, lesser ppl will be travelling out during this long hols break. Instead of always having the parachuters, followed by march-in, costumed kids forming images, singing of the theme song and finally fireworks, there could be more ignition of creativity into the program. I sooo can memorise the program flow.

Let's show that Singapore can be creative too!!

But no matter wat, I still heart this little red dot, my home...and NDP serve the purpose of reminding me of this.

All the while, he was talking about catapult and i tot he was talking about kettle pot. Same pronunciation but two words that have complete different meanings. This show the great difference between the two of us and also the size and simplicity of my mind. I din realise my mistake till he tells me that he need to shoot some fire balls through the 'kettle pot'. At that point, i was still wondering if he or his lecturer is crazy to think of shooting fire balls thru a 'kettle' which is just meant for boiling water. Haa! how funny!

I was once again touched by the love protrayed by Lam fung in La Femme Desperado. Besides their huge age difference and regardless of the span of years where they din meet, his love still prevails and remain strong. I'm totally won over by him. However, this type of love and guy will cease to exist in today's world.

Thumb's up to his acting skills and thanx to ying who intro me to the show or else i'll never bother watching and will miss in witnessing such pure love.
